Acufire approached with a problem statement that defines most of the small businesses in the contracting sector. Their product + service offering was one of the best in the city but they were still fighting the issue of brand perception. Despite being technically sound and having access to some of the best equipments and vendors, they were young and needed to establish their stronghold in the fire safety protection market.
We advised them communicate their offering in a more structured way; by repositioning themselves from being contractors to consultants and selling a package of services rather than products. This way they were still doing what they do best but communicating it in a way none of their competitors were.
